The Lapmaster Model 6CF is specifically engineered for the precision grinding and polishing of large stretched acrylic and plexiglass sheets. Designed to process both sides of the sheet flat and parallel, the machine combines a rigid grinding head with an exceptionally stiff machine base to enable fast material removal while maintaining precise tolerances.

With sheet capacities of up to 130″ × 130″ (3302 × 3302 mm), the Model 6CF is designed for demanding large-format applications where surface flatness and dimensional accuracy are critical. Grinding tests demonstrate flatness capabilities of better than 0.005″ (0.12 mm) across the entire surface of a 100″ × 100″ (2540 × 2540 mm) sheet.
