The 72 Pitch Polisher is, as with all the other machines in the series, of the ring polishing type. It features a heavy-duty cast iron base for minimal thermal expansion and vibration, a solid granite support plate for extreme stability, and three independently controlled aluminum workholder rings driven by polyurethane rollers for precision. 

  • A 300mm thick granite polishing plate, faced with up to 50mm thick of polishing pitch, is supported on a high-quality slewing ring.
  • 5.5 kW induction motor, face mounted to a multiple reduction gearbox
